What we believe in?
The content of our training programmes is based on 5 Building Blocks. These building blocks are supported by the scientific research of prof. Willem Verbeke and his team.
1. Mind-set
The most important question when we speak of Mind-set is ‘why?’. What is the reason of visiting a customer? Once you know why you visit the customer, you can be more spontaneous and confident with the client.
2. Science
Our training programmes are based on scientific research by prof. Willem Verbeke and his team, on the latest insights in neuro-economics: what is the relationship between our genes and commercial successes?
3. Leadership
Leadership means: taking responsibilities. Practise what you preach. Show you are a brand that customers like to work with.
4. Shaping
Ask good questions and discover the needs of the customer. How can you solve the problems of the client and meet her of his needs by providing your products and services?
5. Coping with fear, anxiety and embarrassment
Every human being has to deal with anxiety and embarrassment. How do you cope with these feelings? We found that sales people often are afraid to ask for the order. Once you know your weaknesses and fears, you can learn how to cope with them.
